THE Benefits
We UNDERSTAND fat. And in regenerative medicine, fat is king. Tissue storage opens up a whole new world for you, and your patients.
Benefits for you
YOU'LL HAVE Better Clinical Outcomes with:
- a fat rich in stem cells and regenerative factors
- 75-85%+ cell viability rate post-thaw
- High fat retention rate of graft possible
- Only 1 fat harvest = reduced complications, single visit to operating room
- Less complex procedures and simpler staged re-injections
- freezing fat allows additional aesthetic procedures (lifts, facial fat transfer, touch-ups) when the patient wants/needs them
- Access to stored stem cells = preparedness for future medical needs
- The ADIPOSET® System has a wide range of existing and potential applications across multiple sectors
She ADIPOSET System has a wide range of existing and potential applications across multiple sectors. The use of tissue and cells has already become a cornerstone in reconstructive surgery, aesthetic surgery, in-office therapies, and more.
Currently, the use of a patient’s own fat faces limitations because it requires all the harvested fat to be used in the same procedure on the same day or discarded (and the same rules apply to all tissue types). This is limiting and requires complex and needless workarounds, creating many issues for hospitals, surgeons, and patients.

The possibility of storing tissue for future use unlocks a vast range of potential benefits and possibilities PREVIOUSLY UNavailable
- 1. T&CT's ADIPOSET® System allows a patient's own fat to be 'productized.' It's checked, or possible cleaned, filtered, and standardized with known and predictable characteristics and qualities optimized for all upcoming procedures. This process ensures both efficiency and predictability.
- 2. The risks, costs, and potential problems associated with multiple fat harvests can be avoided with a single up front fat harvest from which multiple procedures can draw all necessary fat from storage. This includes a substantially reduced need for numerous general anesthesias, multiple operating room procedures, and all the associated costs, risks, and discomfort for the patient.
- 3. The potential to 'stage' regraft procedures and remove key parts from operating rooms allows the surgeon to focus on the best possible medical outcomes rather than on reimbursement limits, regrafting limitations, operating room bottlenecks, and other current technical constraints.
- 4. The benefits to the healthcare sector, hospitals, doctors, insurers and, of course, to the patients include the potential for substantial cost reduction. This, along with risk reduction or elimination, reduction of post-op complications and need for revision, and a huge improvement in the quality of safety, care, outcomes and a better patient journey, makes the ADIPOSET® System a compelling choice.
- 5. The possibility of accessing a patient's stored stem cells and tissue over a prolonged time (possibly even decades) to develop personalized therapeutics or procedures in the future when needed without resorting to often limited or flawed same-day processes, donor cells, or cell cultures.
